Refund & Exchange Policy – Rich Rose Jewellery
At Rich Rose, we strive to provide high-quality jewellery and a great shopping experience.
Exchange Eligibility
We offer exchange only in the following cases:
* Damaged product received
* Wrong item delivered
* Manufacturing defect
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following are not eligible for exchange:
* Products damaged due to misuse
* Normal wear and tear
* Slight color variations due to photography or screen settings
* Change of mind after purchase
Refunds
We generally do not offer refunds. Refunds may be considered only if an order cannot be fulfilled by us.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
